    Avatars?

    Hi guys!

    First of all, I want to apologize if I should have overlooked that this topic was already addressed or if my nonability to add an avatar should be due to my own stupidity...

    ...BUT, now that the Forums are back online, I thought it would be a good time to finally add my usual avatar, but when I go to the avatar, options, it only shows that the avatar is "turned off" and I see no possibility to activate it and add my own little picture.

    Any help that you can provide is welcome...

        Also, the little title next to the avatar? No option that I can find...
        Recently, there was a reckoning. It occurred on November 4, 2014 across the United States. Voters, recognizing the failures of the current leadership and fearing their unchecked abuses of power, elected another party as the new majority. This is a first step toward preventing more damage and undoing some of the damage already done. Hopefully, this is as much as will be required.

          About the Avatars....looks like something is missing there,im sure Doug will fix it when he will have the time.

            Thanks for letting me know about this problem.

            I've re-enabled avatars and custom titles. You should now be able to change both via the UserCP ("Edit Avatar" and "Edit Profile" respectively). These options were inadvertently disabled during the upgrade. You can also now upload profile pictures.

              Thanks DougO, but unfortunately it still doesn't quite work. Yes, I have now got the option to add an avatar, but somehow I'm unable to do so. Wether I try to upload it directly from my harddrive or enter a link - he won't update it. The picture is small enough (100x75 & 6kb, and just to be sure I also tried a much smaller one, with the same result), so that can't be it.

              Weird...

                Nope, avatar is not changed after going through all the motions...

                  I'll look into this when I get home tonight. I did test it with my account last night and it worked which means this may be a privilege issue.

                      I have spent the last 20 minutes or so trying update my avatar as well. Even went so far as to delete my previosu avatar in hopes that I could make some headway, but to no avail. Any idea as to when this will be fixed since it is now 1 1/2 days since this was supposed to be addressed?
