There's no section here and I don't know of any site keeping track.

The appearances I'm aware of are a comic con in Bristol, UK - don't know the name of it, sorry- and a possible appearance at FedCon in Germany. It's only possible right now because the con organizers cancelled him when they didn't get answers to some emails. They're trying to work something out now, from what I can tell from JMS's posts.

JMS did say that he would be doing a few cons this year but those are the only ones I know of from his posts.
