    Let's do it!

    First, I want to ask if that message "Most users ever online" is automatic. Is it?

    Secondly, let's beat it! Let's get everyone on the site one night to surpass it! This will be a team building exercise! When is everyone available?
    Recently, there was a reckoning. It occurred on November 4, 2014 across the United States. Voters, recognizing the failures of the current leadership and fearing their unchecked abuses of power, elected another party as the new majority. This is a first step toward preventing more damage and undoing some of the damage already done. Hopefully, this is as much as will be required.

    Yep, the "most users online" is automatic. The board keeps track of the max number of active sessions. It would be fun to beat the current number!

      I'm game if y'all are. Shouldn't be hard, either. I just noticed that when I was coming here, there are 6 members and 14 guests online right now. Don't know if that means that a lot of people don't sign in or if we should encourage folks to register.

      Any thoughts on chosing a date?

        Yeah guests means people who didn't signed on,or people who never register and just like to come and read the posts.

            We were halfway there a few minutes ago! We had like 17 people on the site.

                  Well I just thought I would at least suggest it but seeing your many post , I have no doubt what you say is true.

                    Sunday would be the best day for me, as I generally work M-Sa and sometimes Sunday, too. Afternoon would be good, as we have some Euro people on here. Don't want to make you guys wait up until 02:00.

                      How about a 'Birthday Party'?

                      I think trying to break the record number of users is a fine idea. While we're at it, why not have a 'birthday party' for the Forum? As I recall, and from Doug's welcome message, the first anniversary of the JMSNews Forums will be Oct. 13. How about we plan on as many as possible of us coming here on that day to celebrate?
