When I try to go to my bookmarked page (http://www.jmsnews.com/home.aspx) I get this message:

To view this page, you must log in to area ôwww.jmsnews.comö on www.jmsnews.com:80.

I can get into the site by going to this page:http://www.jmsnews.com/Forums/index.php

But I wonder why I can't go to the home page anymore. Is it something to do with the site, or something hinky with my computer?

    Thanks
    Karen Boe

It's the site. Same thing happened to me yesterday and the forums were out for a little while as well. The forums are back but the front page is still locked by username/password on my end as well.

It may (or may not) have something to do with DougO working to get JMS's Facebook posts archived. I've sent him a note so hopefully it won't be for long.

Well, at least I know my computer is OK. As long as I can use this "back door" to get on the site, I'm all right.

Looks like it's fixed now. Sorry for the trouble.

After 2 days of not getting on I was beginning to think I had been banned from the site and couldn't figure out why.

Glad everything is back to normal. Maybe I shouldn't have asked about archiving the facebook stuff.

Nah, I'd already asked so if there's fault (and there's not) it's mine.

Thanks for all your hard work. Everything seems to be back to normal. Or is it?
