    Hi All,

I just wanted to see if was just me having issues with the site. The Forum pages are very slow to load and the front page www.jmsnews.com will not load at all!

Is there an issue at the site end?

Merry Christmas one and all BTW.

    Hi Susitcha,

It appears there was an issue on the server end of things. DougO addressed it with them and it looks like everything's okay now.

    Merry, Happy to you, too!

Is anyone else having lagging issues with the forums? It's taking a good 10 - 20 seconds from when I click on a thread to actually seeing the messages, and 10 - 20 seconds when I hit 'reply' in a thread before the message box appears too. Not a long lag, but it seems slower than usual.

Similar experience here, certainly more than normal - it does come eventually, though.

Me too. My work computer is reallly slow, and the one at home is only a bit better. The main page is fine, it's the forums.

Sorry to report that it seems the slowdown is back, DougO. I'm experiencing it now and a couple of people have mentioned it to me in email. One of them couldn't get in at all a few hours ago and it took me a few tries right now.

Thanks for anything you can do.
