top two topics always indicate new posts, wven when they don't have any

This happened a while back then stopped for a bit, noticed in chrome. The top two fourm topics (announcements and site supprot) show the darker blue indicating new posts, but when you hit "new topics" or click in, there's nothing new been posted.
Noticed this in chrome on Linux, Android and windows.
