BTW. The press release accompanying the trailer mentions the phrase "love conquers all", so it is possible the finale will end up being titled "Amor Vincit Omnia" after all! (If not at release -probably not at release, I would say - then, maybe later).

I like the speculation that I've read The Chairman is played by Hugo Weaving, hence all the secrecy about who he is. And I can hear a bit of Weaving's mannerisms in The Chairman's voice. That would be one of the coolest things in the show, and they just might have been able to pull it off without it being leaked, since all the BPO facilities scenes were shot in Babelsberg Studio rather than out in the open.

But let's wait and see.

Don't get me wrong, allow me to explain my post. I don't know if he saw it, all I know is it's very unlikely he would say yes even if he saw it, because he plain doesn't talk about the finale. You don't need to read his mind to observe this behavior, all you need is to check his tweets.

Lastly, I don't have Twitter, nor am I actually curious about whether he saw it in the first place in order to ask him.

As I recall, after the abuse he took over people 'schooling' him over comments he made after the cancellation, he simply flat-out said that he wouldn't answer any more questions.

I'd be very surprised if he hasn't seen the trailer. Whether he'd mention it or not might well depend on whether he wanted to open those abuse floodgates again. And who would?

Or he could be waiting until closer to the time the finale drops.

He has been weirdly silent on Sense8 and I think it's a shame if he felt backed into a corner by fans, enough so to stop posting about it. I think the way fandom engages these days is a lot more direct than back in the Genie days. Sure, JMS still caught some flack on there, but it was far less instantaneous than what we have now... and perhaps the sheer volume of people is different now. Everyone has social media, you don't have to actively seek it out. Plus, the Sense8 fandom is pretty passionate, for better or worse sometimes.

I mean, I definitely DO want to hear his thoughts on the final, and I'd love clarity on his involvement no matter how minor.

Oh, I saw the abuse some "fans" gave to JMS, and I am so sad he had enough to stop commenting.
