So weird that you said this. Before I read it I was looking at who was visible, eyelines, shadows, poses, and props. I am wondering how posed is this and should we read anything into things? I mean how much do you think they are trying to mess with our minds? (Trying to think like a Bug. Why isn't Bug in the picture?!)

If true, it's probably flashbacks along with Raoul Pasquale, since we know Raoul's actor returned to film something small.

At first I thought he meant he's not in the finale, but then I thought.. wait.. he says Todd didn't make it. And well, his character is dead since season 2, so that's true. But that doesn't preclude flashbacks..

I suppose we'll see.

edit Some finale spoilers.

- Bug's introduction in the special happens in Paris (or at least it was filmed there).
- Some actor was unavailable at the other side of the world when it came to shooting a certain scene, so Lana gave Sommers their lines to him. Sommers says the scene is with Bug and Kala in a car.

Now, we know from those that watched the trailer in the cons, that Bug has a scene with Kala in a car where he tells her "you are a sensate, you can be with both Wolfgang and Rajan". So it's very possible it's that scene!

As to who might be the character the lines were written for originally, as far I can recall it's only Hernando and Amanita whose actors had availability problems. Probably Hernando I would say then.

It probably didn't make the cut to what they sent to the press because you can see the crew to the left, so it's more of a BTS shot, rather than a promo still.

(And in general, at least for my taste, the stills from the finale by Reiner Bajo, Bruno Calvo, and Segolene Lagny are not as great as the ones by Murray Close, who worked on the first couple of seasons.)
