Fans are the hero in this story. After a "vocal" campaign, J. Michael Straczynski agreed to release Volumes 2 & 3 of "Crusade: What the Hell Happened." And here they are.
In addition to the 3 Volumes of “What the Hell Happened” series by J. Michael Straczynski, there are also 3 additional Crusade-related titles compiled, edited and annotated by Babylon 5 Authority Jason Davis (these are the titles below)

    Thanks for the info Jan!

...I really would like the hardcovers as these are NICE books. But the shipper is the absolute worst when it comes to shipping. Have never seen so many books arrive damaged with multiple dents and dings.

But they can't smash the e-books - so will definitely order those!!!!

Fairly certain it's all done via Amazon Print on Demand, and I concur that their packaging leaves a lot to be desired.
Captain John Sheridan: I really *hate* it when you do that.

      Kosh: Good!

That would explain a few things, as the all time Worst Book Delivery Ever was the Trek Encyclopedia from Amazon. It bounced around and tore a hole large enough for the what was left of the two book set to fall out (and it did). Meanwhile the (much better) B5 Encyclopedia came in a super shipping box and was pristine.

Purchased the three-bundle WTHH ebook version as it's INSTANT DELIVERY. Would say these books come through as in addition to the scripts there are several JMS Q&A sections covering various topics about the series. ...hmm... That would have been cool - Tracy Scoggins commanding the Excalibur. If you've always wanted to read the Crusade scripts without breaking the bank - The Time Is Now!

Note for Ebook purchasers: (from the email I received)
        IMPORTANT IF YOU ORDERED EBOOKS
The epub format is preferred buy most e-readers except some kindle devices.
If you would prefer mobi, just reply to this email and let us know.
The reason we don’t include the mobi links in this email is that fans told us that it was too confusing get so many links,

Yay! When did you order yours? Maybe mine (from Feb 23rd) are still In Transit.

Am hoping the Keystone Stooges Shipping Company doesn't treat these like they did the hardcovers. Was lucky they stuffed the 2nd Encyclopedia shipment into a too-small box as the corners didn't stick out. Original shipment was all the books thrown into an oversized box to bounce around in.

Have seen a Crusade HC Encyclopedia sell on Ebay for $100. Only one of the corners was slightly dented.

Switched back to buying paperbacks as:
              - Already have many many wonderful B5Books in paperback, so same size.
              - Costs less than hardcovers (yay!).
              - No point paying higher prices for damaged/dented hardcovers.

And of course also getting ALL the EBOOK releases, as:
              - Instant delivery.
              - Shipper can't dent or ding ebooks.
              - Can have multiple books - OV1, OV2, BTS, WTTH 1-3, Crusade Encyclopedia - open at the same time.
              - Takes up zero shelf space, but can always find shelf space for more B5Books!

My WTHHs (2 and 3) Paperbacks have arrived!!! Three weeks from date of order to arrival.
WTHH is now a Trilogy. ...or maybe a Hexalogy if you count OV1, 2, and BTS.

Shipper doesn't shrinkwrap paperbacks as the previous one did, and appears to use only one size of box. Minor damage to the bindings/corners from nine inch books bouncing around inside a twelve inch box during shipment, but nowhere near the damage the hardcovers get. Hopefully future releases will have better protection, as even a plastic bag would have been sufficient to keep the paperbacks pristine.

DEFINITELY worth the 10+ year wait!
And great to also have the ebooks as backup and quick reference.
