I bet this has probably been addressed before, but.... What are the chances that the script for Babylon 5: The Memory of Shadows will ever be made available in a future script book?

I understand that the group that commissioned JMS to write the script, owns the script, but will the statutes of limitations, if you will, ever expire? Or will this script simply be unpublishable for all time?

JMS has said it's unlikely to be published due to the terms with the group that commissioned it. In general, once sold, sold for all time. Too bad. It did sound like an interesting premise if what we were able to find online was an indication.

A shame. Am I correct in thinking this was to feature quite a lot of screen time for Richard Biggs / the Stephen Franklin character?
Captain John Sheridan: I really *hate* it when you do that.

      Kosh: Good!

Not that I'm aware of. Though he did mention that the loss of Rick Biggs threw him off some when doing the script, it doesn't mean that the Dr. was going to be onscreen a lot, just that he was likely to be important to the story in some way. One line is all it takes but may be important who says that line.

Bit of a shame it all fell apart at the last hurdle. I'd LOVE to read the script.
