No place to hang the prints I have now.
No money to buy additional prints.
no guarantee I will still be in ny current accomodation if I did order to this address (looking for a bigger apartment).

We spoke to Cafepress this morning and they can't find any evidence of problems with order confirmations. That said we have gotten a couple emails from fans with the same issue, so you're not nuts.
If you are concerned about an order because you have not gotten a confirmation we can offer you two options.
(1) email [email protected] and we will happily get that information for you with a screenshot or (2) log into your cafepress account. There is an ORDERS tab/section that will show all your orders and its status. If it has shipped it will also show your tracking.
Remember, we work for J. Michael Straczynski not Cafepress and our job is to make sure you are happy, happy, happy.
Is it only me, but (after 20 hours) I have yet to receive an order confirmation e-mail. It's the first time it takes this long.
Anyone else with this problem?
Before we launch anything new we choose a fan/customer for an objective opinion and for quality control. We order the product anonymously and have it sent to the fan (who does know it's coming).
We are looking for two pieces of data. First, how it survived the shipping and, second, the fans totally objective opinion. We only offer the goodies once so a negative or a positive doesn't influence future participation in "the fan board."
This time out we choose Ubik, which is why, above he said he can "vouch for these." Below is his entire email about the prints --
First impression - It looks nice. The frame is functional and sturdy, nothing special to look at but it gets the job done. The mount is nice enough, looks professional. The print quality is good and I could see no issues with it.
I noticed a few indentations on the print itself, two fingernail sized creases, but this isn't really a big problem. I know your customer service is second to none and that you will replace anything with imperfections, but it might be worth keeping an eye on if prints are getting slightly tarnished during the framing process.
As for the price point. I think $69 is about right. Looking around online at other framed prints, it seems around right. I'm unsure if I'd pay anymore than that unless it was something special like a Giclee print or a silk screened piece. I think fans will like these and given it comes all ready to hang and framed, $69 does not seem unreasonable.
Because of Ubik's input that we passed along to Cafepress, they adjusted their system to avoid any future indentation issues. Secondly they recalibrated their equipment to make Ubik's already good print-quality look even better.
With the $15 off promo code (ann1015) we think this is one of the best deals we've ever offered. But I *am* biased.
...and there was me being all coy about it! So, yes... I've seen a proof of the 'Starfury Pilot' print, and I definitely think other B5 fans will love these. One thing I failed to mention was the shipping price. It's cheap. I pay more than that for one LP from the USA.

When you proceed to checkout, under the order total on the right there is a box that says Apply Promo Code. Put the coupon code there and hit apply. It does appear to work.
At the moment I think I am going to pass on these images.
