Crusade: Other Voices - Vol. 2

Is this the one with the season two episodes and the finale or a continuation of the Crusade scripts? I may just getting done with What the hell happened, I thought there would be more notes and such from TNT. Yet, the intitial meeting was a great laugh.

lotjx, the only season two episode known was the script that Peter Woodward wrote that none of us even knew existed until Jason and his team found it in JMS' storage facility.

The 'Other Voices' books don't contain any material by JMS, only by other writers. The books with the scripts by JMS are the 'Crusade: What the Hell Happened' series, of which we've only seen the first so far. JMS wrote two unpublished scripts and we'll be doing our best to include them when the time comes.

While it's not finalized what *will* be in it, any scripts or parts thereof that we found, we're going to try to include. Naturally, that depends almost entirely on the individual writers.

What *won't* be an any of the books is any kind of continuation of the story. WB owns B5 and neither JMS nor anybody else has the power to do so. That said, JMS has said that he thinks it's likely that he'll disclose some of what he planned for Crusade. While we know that he never intended the Crusade arc to be as rigorous as B5's, it should be interesting reading.

Jan is absolutely correct...with one, small modification: there will be a few pages of notes written by J. Michael Straczynski appearing in Crusade: Other Voices Volume 2 because they relate to a script written by another writer.

In the main, though, all of JMS's material will be in the Crusade: What the Hell Happened? series.

OK then... Let's try to figure out what possible scripts might be in Volume 2.

Ruling From The Tomb (Peter David's script) is a possibility, especially as he participated in the B5 Other Voices volumes.

I would guess that Avery's "Value Judgements" (the Bester story) and Tried and True (bottle story where Dureena is interrogated by the Thieves Guild) are a good bet as well)

Other planned stories for the remainder of Crusade's full season include an unnamed Apocalypse Box Script and the first two parts of a trilogy of episodes based around a sword. This trilogy was referenced in the unproduced "End of the Line" script of JMS's with part one being assigned to Richard Mueller and part two being assigned to Larry DiTillo and probably entitled The Gates of Hell or The Walls of Hell.

Factoring in these and JMS's script, there was still a spot for one other script that we don't know anything about -

Eeeeek. Now Value Judgments i was aware of, but a new Fiona Avery script? That's awesome! It's like I"m filling out a whole finished season of Crusade in my head between this and the last book. Awesome finds, guys!

No coupons worked for me; I just got "that coupon doesn't work with this order." Hopefully they ship out soon, I ordered #1 finally as well as #2!
