If that's what you decide, while I know that you can contact CafePress, I generally recommend that folks write to [email protected] so that Jaclyn or one of her elves can oversee it. You should include your order number when you write.

an elf, but not usually on Customer Service
I followed the instructions on my account page for requesting a refund. Kim J. initiated a refund. I'm satisfied.

This is the only one of the "Asked and Answered" series of books that I bought (enticed by the CafePress ad.), and the book arrived two days ago. Browsing through it, I had the "pleasure" of reading the responses to my questions about the Rangers pilot, which JMS did not "get" and answered incorrectly, usually while being condescending, or where his answers were just 100% flat wrong and which he never retracted. Yes, this still pisses me off.
However, like in the book, JMS got the last laugh because he got me to pay for it, too (Bought the book.). LOL Hopefully there will be enough other content in the book to make the $34.95 price worthwhile.
I am honored and touched that there is a society chapter just to help alleviate my anxiety. I believe I will have to make a donation. (They are non-profit, right? i still need to deduct it from taxes.)
As President of the SPA, I'll gladely take the donation in the form of script books of course
They really do their best for their customers and the JMS books get special attention.

Small caveat: While JMS has said that there's motion regarding the Crusade books, there's no set schedule. So, yeah, that's before the Crusade books but I didn't want anybody to think that it's set yet. As usual, there are various projects being worked on.
