    UPS just dropped it off....

Maybe it is an illusion, but the paper looks whiter.

Jan, it seems you have a "profound mental disturbance."

I need to stop looking at it or else I won't leave for the convention....

See? JMS and I aren't the only ones who think so!

I think they started using whiter paper a couple of books back (I seem to recall noticing it with the Chronology) but it looks particularly great in this one, doesn't it?

Not that that's going to come as a major surprise to anyone here... I can just picture my sanity hearing years from now, "You're Honor, acclaimed filmmaker J. Michael Straczynski noticed Jan's aberration years ago..."

I need to stop looking at it or else I won't leave for the convention....
        Have fun!

It really looks very nice here.

Will other volumes have specific questions about each episode?

Yes, definitely. That was part of my original process, to figure out and indicate what posts were general and which were episode-specific.

My copy was waiting for me when I got home. I'll try to dive into it soon, but I did read the intro.

First insane from Joe's cuts. Now profound mental disturbance. I can't even imagine what the next crack against Jan's sanity by jms will be on the next project?

Anybody willing to hazard a guess?

Yeah, well, the rent is cheap, the pay is decent and I get to make my own hours.

Well, the good news is that even though he thinks I'm insane, JMS doesn't run screaming in the opposite direction when he sees me. Yet.

I assume he still thinks it's insanity in a good way. I also think JMS likes that kind of thing. He's friends with Harlan, after all.

                    Jan,
When I met you last year at the con in Seattle, I didn't know you were insane. I had my daughter with me for goodness sake. Now I know to lock up the children when you are near.

(I finally got my book yesterday! Yay!)

Now, Karen, I've been counting on you to be one of the folks who would be able to confirm that my insanity is benign. And hey, if JMS doesn't run screaming at the sight of me (and as of last Friday he still didn't), how dangerous can I be? <innocent, harmless puppy-dog look>

Anyway, do you know of anybody else crazy enough to sort through all of those posts one...by one...by one... Keep...delete...what the heck is he talking about here...which episode is this...delete...delete...ooh, this is a good one...delete...ooh look, I asked that one - too bad, delete it anyway...keep, keep....

So what do people think about it? Everybody's so quiet...

Oh, it's ok, Karen. She doesn't eat children. Not anymore, since ... the incident.

I think I may just know enough about Jan. Really. I'm slowly backing out of the room because this is the way I always leave. Yes, I'm calmy running backwards like I usually do....

I can definitely confirm that Jan did not eat, or even look hungrily, at any of the children present.

Sorry to stray from Jan's insanity for a second, but I loved the crack on the back cover how jms can't keep a steady job. That had me laughing all night.

(I'm headed to Disney tomorrow, so my posting will be infrequent. I'll be getting dangerously close to the native habitat of Jan the insane. If you don't get a post from me in a week, please dispatch a few whitestars to either liberate or avenge me, depending on her mood. )
