I'm just going to leave a link in full text -- that's what I searched for and didn't find it so hopefully this will get indexed by the forums search index:

-- haven't had a chance to read it yet -- just noted that the scene indexes used in the pdf for chapter markers don't match up to the pages of course -- so if you want jump to the end (/blush something I do in most everything I read) you have to go to the last scene (190, and then skip ahead a couple of pages (140 is the last page)). Like they say, a page per minute.
Most of the end title cards were edited/removed/reordered.Comment
