I'm not sure what I think of it. Looks great (love the purple), great title (again with the purple) and more from JMS about the show we love but not sure if I need a book with quotes from basically the previous 15 volumes

I suspect the completist in me will force me to get it. Possibly been more enthused if it had been in the 15-20$ bracket.

Still, keep up the good work Jan & Script Team and looking forward to the next one.

I really like the way the book is laid out. There's enough detail to be able to recall the quote properly and enough space between each so you're not overwhelmed.

Why, yes...I do have it already.

I think they should put up a few sample pages in pdfs. At the moment the price is a bit more than I am prepared to pay for such an item.

Jan, you know it's your fault when I go broke? Just placed my order.

I figure before this stupid financial crisis makes things worse than they are now and I can't justify the expense anymore, I'll just grab it.

Now, I am waiting for the Voices, the Chronology and the Quotes. Let's see which one gets here first.

OK. It's ordered. I'm very much a completist. Hopefully this will end before I am completely bankrupt.....

Well, I shouldn't complain. There are worse things to spend my money on. At least I'm not going on fabulous trips at taxpayer expense.

I opened another page to order while I kept this one open and then posted before I saw yours Starstuff. Great minds think alike.

                  Yikes.

I posted news about this on both LiveJournal (http://community.livejournal.com/babylon5/458066.html) and on Trekbbs.com (http://www.trekbbs.com/showthread.php?t=69913). It doesn't seem to be getting a very good reception so far.

Too bad for those nay-sayers. I'm getting it.

Well to be honest the idea of this one really doesn't do a lot for me, not even the completist in me, there's a slight sound of a barrel being scraped to my mind.

So unless Mrs Ulkosh has a desire for it, i really don't think we'll be bothering with this one.

Oh my gosh! I just got an e-mail that says my order is on its way! I didn't even get a chance to get anxious. If they keep this up I may have to change my user title....

No. Nor on the Chronology book.

Not at all. Fans have been wondering about and asking for this book ever since JMS made the call for fans to send in their favorites back in 2002. It seemed that every time it got close to publication something would happen to prevent it. As I recall, the last time was when iBooks went under after the death of Byron Preiss.

Yes well i said it was 'to my mind' - if other people really want it then fair enough thats what they want - to me its a total waste of time.

I'd think this might have more appeal to people who didn't go out and get all the script books. Though I might change my mind in the days ahead...
