  • Script Book #13 - SPOILERS

Here it is...the penultimate book in the 14 volume series. This one's got some *great* episodes.

Some of my favorite episodes of the series. I think my favorite scene of the entire series is the end of "Movements of Fire and Shadow" when Londo learns that the Regent has sent all the ships away and turned off the planet's defenses, and he runs out of the palace helpless as all the jump points open and the Narn & Drazi fleet enter and start firing. Chilling.

I agree, that one's extremely well done. And then there's one of the most heartbreaking scenes, where Londo accepts the Keeper, brave and defiant , even in defeat. It just gives me shivers because you can see that Londo understands that he'll never be free, or carefree, again.

My books are not scheduled for delivery until the 31st.

Since I ordered about 10 books, I probably won't get to #13 for a while though, please keep up the spoiler notice, thank you.

Yeah, well, the rent is cheap, the pay is decent and I get to make my own hours.

Thanks for the reminder. I'll admit that I sometimes get careless about script book spoilers in other forums/threads.

That's going to be one cool (not to mention *heavy*) package when you get it!

Mine came yesterday, Jan 28, but it came to the office and I was out sick.

However, I have it in my hands now and it is taking all of my considerable patience not to turn around and go home and read it.

                BIG NEWS
There is a BULLETIN inside detailing that you must fill in your proof of purchase for all volumes before you order Vol 14, since they are shipping 14 and 15 together! See the above link for more details!

Volume 14/15 will be released in March 2008 and after May 31, 2008 all volumes will be unavailable, forever. Buy now or forever regret it!!!

Mine's out for delivery today too. It would seem the Standard shipping for me is pretty much just as fast as the Premium shipping has been in the past.

Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow but my tracking # doesn't work. I'm hoping that's just an issue with the UPS web-site.

Yay! Mine are marked as "shipped"! Awesome, I only ordered yesterday (Vol 3+4+5+13).
I hope they won't take more than two weeks to get here, I know that customs will take their time *sigh*

Can't wait to finally hold them in my hands

Have I understood correctly: _Until_ the end of May I can still order other volumes, right? Because now I am planning to buy as follows:
Jan - 3+4+5+13 (ordered and shipped)
                      Feb - 6+7+8
                      Mar - 9+10+11
                      Apr - 12+1+2
                      May - 14(15)
I should do fine this way, I think? (Well, fine as in getting all volumes, not financially fine )
It's easy to find something worth dying for. Do you have something worth living for?

                        My book's here! More later.

                              Future B5 ideas from JMS...

On page 10 JMS is discussing "The Ragged Edge" and he has some kind words about Marshall Teague who played Ta'Lon, including:
Should there ever be a Babylon 5 feature film, it is no longer possible to bring back G'Kar, but there is just enough of that Narn's attitude in Ta'Lon that he might be a worthy addition.
And on page 19, while discussing "The Corps is Mother, the Corps is Father" he lets slip:
...in fact, you could probably do a series about an organization like Psi Corps and make it successful.
And who knows, I might just take a shot at that.
                              Discuss.
