This is a bizzare post, but at the same time, it's about a bizarre ad that I found.

I was searching an online classified site to see if there were any new listings for vacant land when I came across this recent ad:

I laughed to see in the ad that the seller indicated in their list of ideas for use included "Batcave/Villain Lair with incredible views."

I think for the heck of it I'm going to send an email to the municipal planning department as to how do I go about getting a building permit to build a Bat Cave on this property, as the ad indicates this as one of the possible uses.
