  • RIP Christopher Lee

Very sad news despite the fact he was 93.

I thought he might really be a vampire and live forever.

Damn, no more hilarious heavy metal albums from Mr. Lee.
Captain John Sheridan: I really *hate* it when you do that.

    Kosh: Good!

What was it Delenn said? As long as we remember them, they're never truly gone.

        If only that were true.

We are fortunate that he had so many memorable roles captured for posterity. Turner Classic Movies has been running a nice memorial reel for Christopher Lee. I first remember him as Francisco Sacaramanga in James Bond The Man with the Golden Gun(1974).

In case anyone is interested, IMDb has two polls that honor him.

Which is your favorite Christopher Lee villain character?
Christopher Lee (1922-2015) Our Lord of Darkness will be missed Discuss and suggest other characters here

Christopher Lee - What Could Have Been
Christopher Lee was a highly prolific actor, with 278 roles credited on IMDb; he especially excelled at giving his version of larger-than-life characters in epic franchises. These figures were often already well-known because of their literary source or other actors who had played them, but Lee would take possession of them. Which iconic character do you most wish Christopher Lee had played at least once in his career? Discuss here

By the way, if you would like to suggest an additional role for the second poll, you can post your suggestion in the thread on IMDb. The poll currently has 22 choices, and IMDb polls can include 35 choices.

If you do not have an IMDb account, you can post it in this thread and I will re-post with credit.
