No, I don't want to start a debate about the LHC topic here. Don't worry.
Just want to share this well made little flick about what would happen if Prof. R÷ssler was right, and a black whole would swallow earth from within.

http://www.brainreleasevalve.com/Stolen from Misunderstood Universe. Because its HILARIOUS.Yes, I know this can't happen. That's why it is so funny.

Funny that you posted this - I had discussions at work regarding the LHC test and what is happening (environmentally) around the world... Everyone expected something similar to your posted video, and others are wondering if the ripple effect was happening throughout time and space beginning with Katrina, then the tsunami South east Asia and so on... to the test point on Sept 10th 2008. Of course with this statement it would seem that more natural disasters and Tsunami's are expected... What are your thoughts on this and what can we expect in the near future?

      Honestly?
I don't expect ANYthing to be caused by the LHC but a heated discussion about the results of the expemeriments.
I don't expect them to find proof for the Higgs Boson either, btw.

It makes as much sense as blaming deaths on the old woman who lives alone and is labelled a 'witch', or blaming failing crops on those heathen people over there who worship the wrong God/gods, or (to use an apt B5 reference) blaming a deadly plague on people's 'immorality' as the Markab did.

Tsunamis and hurricanes and the like have happened for a long time, due to the complex systems that form our atmosphere and environment. In the 4.5 billion years Earth has been around, there have been periods of much greater tumult and violence than now, we just weren't around to see them.

Can't expect much of anything from LHC for a couple of months at least, since it has been shut down due to a quench.

And how do we pray tell, do we recognize a bonified time distortion?

Especially one that was man made and deals with time and space?

I understand what your saying, but that may not be the case here. Until after the ripples in time are checked before and after the LHC test... there may be a pattern or some unexplained coincidences scientists will discover (or not) that the LHC test caused the the problems we already experienced and will continue to experience later in the near future.
