i just got home, signed online and there it was. such a shame. Ledger was one of my favorite actors since i saw "a knights tale". a movie that could have been horrid except for some damned good acting. the only reason i saw sin eater and a few others was because he was in it.

Wow. I don't know why, but this news about Heath is really shocking to me. How very sad.

Within days of each other, both Heath Ledger (Brokeback Mountain, Roar, Batman: The Dark Knight) and Brad Renfro (The Client, Apt Pupil, Sleepers) have both died from drug-related causes.

RIP both of you.

May the rest of Hollywood learn the lessons they didn't from River Phoenix's overdose.
