I'm enjoying Season 2 every bit as the first. I've read some people posting that it doesn't have the same sense of urgency as the first but I can't say that I miss 'Save the cheerleader, save the world' all that much. There's still a sense of danger and suspense.
It starting turning up the heat last night. Fried Irishman. Ugh.

And most of the complainers (*sigh*) about the slow start forget that the show started just as slow, bringing in characters slowly, most of the "powers" pretty well hidden at first.

Who wants to bet that the big badass in the end is Walter Koenig?
They have to get him in there as a Company rep. Either working for "Bob" (and I'm sorry, every time I see him my head just goes "Ned! Ryerson!", although he's playing really against that) or pulling his strings. Just a little Bester. Pwease.

That would be so awesome! I don't think it will happen, but he would be a perfect match (as string-pulling villain)...

Hehe, obviously there is hardly any person who doesn't state that Hiro is hisser favorite character in this show.

As for urgency and other "complaints": Well, I think the fact that now, after the introduction to the different characters and the light that has been shed on the facettes of their past that has lead to that dramatic climax, anticipation of getting more insight into who and what is responsible for these developments gives season 2 a different kind of thrill than season 1.

As for liking the Characters: Well, I'm not that fond of the accumulating multiple powers thingy, I don't get why they had to introduce another flyboy, and I'm not a big fan of Parkman's but apart from that I like 'em. Even Sylar. His character is well portrayed and played.

Having George Takei and Nichelle Nichols on the show is a nice bonus.

Hiro's my favorite, too. I like all the other characters, though. This is one of the few show's I'm picking up on DVD because I think that it'll reward repeat viewing.

    Heroes Season 2

I still like it and I'm looking forward to he next episodes. I'm wondering what Maya's ability is exactly and why that goo out of her eyes has to be.
Also Malcolm's irish accent kinda doesn't sit right when one has seen/heard him speaking so english in Enterprise.
And speaking of Enterprise: The appearance of Sulu and Uhura is quite nice.

    Any other comments?
