It's a potential weapon. We need to neutralize it. Did you actually read the article? I'm sorry, but that makes no sense at all. If it were the slightest bit useful as a weapon, don't you think somebody would have used it against somebody else in the last 50 years or so since it was discovered? In fact, it's really quite low-tech and cheap 'technology'.
