I plan on buying a Dell 2007WFP, maybe someone here has it or know someone who has it and can recommend it (or tell me to stay away from it).

I haven't spent very much time around them, but they look OK to me and nobody has complained. (We've been standardized on Dell hardware for years, and most of our PCs now have one model of Dell LCD or another. I'm using a 17" with my Dell laptop and an external keyboard at home right now. (Employee discount since we're big Dell customers.) In general I'd say they're a very good product.
You can find a review of the 2007WFP here.

I'm leery of Dell PCs in general, too many problems for a gearhead like me especially in the power rigging, but I've not noticed anything particularly bad about their LCD screens. They look pretty solid. In my opinion you might find something cheaper (hrm, only slightly cheaper now that I look at the price... damn lack of money) if you keep looking, but if you're going as high-end as a widescreen high-def anyhow, it's probably worth your money to buy to brand.Radhil Trebors

One person at work has an LCD and who knows how she got it. Everyone has 20" displays, though. Anything less would be uncivilized.
Our company has a contract with Dell. I've never had any problems with the three computers I've had over the years (we get replacements every two years).Recently, there was a reckoning. It occurred on November 4, 2014 across the United States. Voters, recognizing the failures of the current leadership and fearing their unchecked abuses of power, elected another party as the new majority. This is a first step toward preventing more damage and undoing some of the damage already done. Hopefully, this is as much as will be required.
