Being in Scotland and not having a television, I've only the internet trailers to go on.
Personally I think it was a mistake not to go for the more textured models the other company wanted to provide.
If you want to offer an alternative set of special effects why not go for something a bit more now.
The models they are using here look less exciting than the ones used in DS9's "Trials and Tribblelations" and the Enterprise mirror universe story.I have the wings for Bingo.

I really don't get it, why taking the original shot and making the EXACT same shot only in CGI? whats the point? they should have enhanced the effect shots to make it more believable and more to the standards of DS9, Voyager and Enterprise.
Btw im saying that without seeing the new HD episodes, but ive seen the previews on the trek site.... it had potential, the problem is the creators of this unique project were afraid of the fans.
Too bad.Sleeping in Light-----Darnit! Shut the Window.

This idea was discussed years (1998 or so) ago. They actually made a rough cut of Doomsday.Recently, there was a reckoning. It occurred on November 4, 2014 across the United States. Voters, recognizing the failures of the current leadership and fearing their unchecked abuses of power, elected another party as the new majority. This is a first step toward preventing more damage and undoing some of the damage already done. Hopefully, this is as much as will be required.

Just go to Yahoo and then click on TV and then listings and then enter your zip code.Recently, there was a reckoning. It occurred on November 4, 2014 across the United States. The Hell of Idents
The few clips I've seen are covered in station idents.
This is becoming an increasingly annoying problem on British television too.
(I remember Ch4 actually ran subtitle program announcements over the bottom screen of "Sleeping in Light")
It's one of the reasons I got rid of my television set.
Is this happening in the show proper or only in the clips I've seen?
It would be ironic if Paramount spent all that money and time cleaning and tweaking the show only to have some studio hack plaster the station logo over every frame.I have the wings for Bingo.
