I want to put together a zine

As the topic says, I want to put together a zine. Worldcon has inspired me to write, and I guess even publish something. I want to do short fiction for sci-fi and fantasy...and I know this is a great community to ask about resources on maybe a "how to" or "how to do so successfully". If you have any info, I'd love to see. And if you have one yourself, I'd love to pick your brain! Thanks!

Because while I don't have anything right now, I do have a friend who's been meaning to get published, so I might inform him, if you're legit.

Online or hardcopy?

I'm pretty serious about this. I honestly just conceived of it while at worldcon and I'm excited about it. I'm looking for a few people to contribute stories to it as well, so your friend would be in the right place. At the same time though, I'm looking for that on a volunteer basis. Unfortunately, I haven't really figured out the logistics of this too much (as I figure most people have trouble with their first endeavor). I'm looking to put together a hardcopy. I know online is probably easier, but I like tangible things.
