Well, this'll be old news fairly soon, but it won for best long form dramatic presentation, and as I mentioned in another thread, Dr. Who won for short form. I didn't stay for the novels or anything because I hadn't read any of them, and was mostly interested in Serenity.
This was such a beautiful movie, even stand alone without the series. It hasn't gotten much recognition except with a very few, and I'm extremely happy to see the sci-fi community give it honors. The speech given by Morena (Inara) which was written by Joss was hilarious as well. I hope there's a transcript floating around out there.
