George Takei on Star Trek: New Voyages.
"TrekToday reports that George Takei has agreed to play Hikaru Sulu in an upcoming episode of the fan series Star Trek: New Voyages. He's the second actor from the original Star Trek series to come onboard; another episode will feature Walter Koenig as Pavel Chekov. And here's what really makes this news great: Takei's episode will be written by none other than David Gerrold, the SF writer who also brought us Star Trek's Tribbles."
Hope this helps keep things on topic.

There's no real reason not to ressurrect old threads, Jan-Willem, but TM is right in that your response didn't really have anything to do with the original thread subject which was George Takai.

No, I don't see the point of Citizen Vantu ressurecting the thread but it's not really worth starting a response with that kind of heated question, now, is it?

(now where'd I put that hat...?)
not realizing that it is a dead tread. Besides that Takai is gay; is not a problem to me, because I am gay too and; he is a terrific acteur and that is all that really matters...

First of all : Happy New Year Jan!
Secondly : whatevah. I do not plan on publishing more postings like my last one as I believe that it will only generate more nonsense-replies like this one :
Our planet Earth is the most dense populated world in the whole Universe; so dense that we are unmaking it by overpopulating it; consuming all itÆs natural resources without fully replacing it; and because we donÆt have yet the technology for colonisation other worlds like Mars; for instance; the Great Maker couldnÆt simply do not anything about it, he has done something to our genetic makeup.
/Going back to postings about the work of JMS now...

May I know what the f*ck this has to do with Mr. Sulu a.k.a. George Takei?
I sure hope that this off-topic forum is not being completely polluted by vague, random and highly prejudiced postings that bear no relevance to the topic whatsoever.

While you are busy talking about that homosexuality is right or wrong; there is a little something you really should understand.

Homosexuality isnÆt a biological error; oh no, it is by his DESIGN; his Making. Oh if he only knew the full extent of his ERROR beforehand; the tremendous suffering it has CAUSED to the Gay people; he would have made use all BISEXUALS!

He used to be a great interview when celebrities were scared to go on a show which had "Beastiality Dial-a-Date", and a Channel 9 show which went further than SNL ever did such as Celebrity Bowling with Richard Simmons and his friends which had to bowl with various items of junk food dangling in front of them, or the Christmas special with Cheech and Chong as the Wisemen, Howard as the Virgin Mary giving birth to Baby Jesus as portrayed by the Channel 9 show's producer Dan Forman.
But hey, you don't like it. Big deal.

He's obsolete because his show flat out sucks. He used to be a great interviewer. Now they just pull some whore off the streets and have her make out with a porn star. I can just watch porn if I want to see that, and get more quality out of it.
