BTW, the Centauri hand light Buy It Now price has been cut to $600 and free shipping (down from $1000) and they're still accepting offers.

I did put in an offer (not accepted) but I'm certainly not averse to them making what they can.

I've verified that this seller is selling on behalf of Bear Burge, the maker of the prop.

Probably some of both. I know of quite a number of fans who bought them all but never got around to reading them. Quite a number also bought multiple sets.

Me, I've noticed a tendency to buy two of things that I really want. Partly as a hedge against loss/damage/wear and partly as an odd sort of 'savings account' that I can sell if I need or want cash for something. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense but the tendency has come in handy a few times when I wanted to do some fund-raising for a good cause. I may not have much money, but boy have I got *stuff*!

I have this book! It wasn't that bad. But yeah a bit B5ish and not in a bad way when you consider who wrote it.

"These Babylon 5 scripts were written by other writers, not JMS. The four volume set is in excellent condition, still sealed in plastic and unread."

    That's a great image concept!
Looks like the Norman Rockwell piece of a cop and little kid seated at a soda fountain.

The only one I’ve ever shown is a really badly degraded sketch of the Vorlon transport, and that was only because Ron didn't have a scanner close at hand, so sent over an old jpeg he had on file.

But I think the thing here is never say never.
Yep, this would be so cool!
