Thanks. I can always hope for the future.
Of course, I'm still hoping for good network SF rather than having it all on cable. I had to get cable when B5 moved and got rid of it when B5 was over. Don't want to do that again (up to all hours of the night watching rather than programming)

Yep. First (and others of that period) had some great properties that were dumped into limbo and seeing the creators get control is always a first step to getting them back into print. I have fond memories of First, Eclipse and oither older comic companies.

I wish I was there myself but I'm too tied up at the moment. My next conference is a programming one (CFUnited) where I'm speaking and running some community stuff.

The Blog is Satan's Tool and the actual post is here:

I know it's a strange name, but I happened to have it and needed something to do with it so comics it is.

I'll see what I can do. I may write it down exactly as you posted and give it to him to read. It's quite a large con.

Sure, posting links is no problem. As a personal preference, if you post a compressed URL (TinyURL and that type), would you also post the long version? People tend to want to know what they're clicking on before they do it. Thanks.

I'd appreciate you asking him tomorrow.

As an aside, I just (literally today) started a blog on my comic views and the like due to the huge amount I read. The second post is the web connecting JMS to just about everyone on the Grimjack team. I'll post a link to it with your permission.

JMS doesn't post here, I'm afraid. To ask him questions directly, you'll want to go to the moderated newsgroup, rec.arts.sf.tv.babylon5.moderated. You can access that via Google Groups or newsreader programs.

I checked the archives and found these posts of JMS's regarding Grimjack. http://www.jmsnews.com/search.aspx?S...rimjack&sort=1 The most recent one mentioned issues between the publisher and the writer.

If I have the chance, I'll try to ask him during his Q&A tomorrow, though. If you don't mind my 'channeling' for you, that is?

    started a topic Grimjack script

    Grimjack script

I reciently was informed that you were going to do a script for Grimjack back in the days before B5. Now I'm a major Grimjack fan and would pay money to see a Grimjack movie written by you (as long as they don't cast keanu as Grinner).
Your going to be at Wizard World this weekend. Ostrander and Truman are going to be there as well. Ostrander and Truman (and crew) have a new run of Grimjack out.
Any chance of you getting together with them and making this happen?
    Do I have to beg?
Working...
