So, what's the deal with Studio JMS? No updates for ages on their FB-page, the website kind of gone... anyone know anything?

Still, if he wants to make an impression as a succesfull allround-producer, shouldn't his website at least be kind of representative, and not down? At least it could carry (as well as the dead Studio-JMS-FB-page) a hint like you suggest, that further updates are promoted via his personal FB page. The actual status just feels, I don't know, unprofessionell PR-wise. I mean, the studio is associated with Sense8 fore instance, it doesn't make a good impression right now when someone googles it.

If I google Studio JMS the first result I get is the wikipedia page, which has all the relevant info. So unless someone specifically knew of studiojms.com and tried to visit it and was disappointed there's nothing there, the wiki page is just as good.My posts are my own opinion and do not represent JMSNews.com's opinions or views. As it's written under my handle I'm "just a fan".

Here's what I meant by hypothetical moguls looking at IMDb rather than a website. Here's what you see at the top of JMS' page with IMDb Pro:
Then it continues to past and released works. And while much of it is very out out of date, it reflects work that's been done whether the project ever proceeded or not. Unproduced projects wouldn't have any real presence on a website since there'd be no visuals worth seeing. On IMDb, a studio exec could find out anything they wanted to about any projects they thought relevant."As empathy spreads, civilization spreads. On the FB-site there is a list about all the "creative partnerships".
Amongst the items you find MTV.COM.
What was/is THAT about??

Originally posted by Jan View PostCorrect. First it was a radio drama for CBC that was recorded but never got aired. Then it was supposed to be a webseries for MTV and they disolved that division so it ended up being the Joe's Comics comic book.
And thanks for the explanations.
