    This has been a *really* hard to find book for many years but John Joshua over at the B5 FAQ & Urban Legends FB page has found a legitimate copy available online. Keep in mind that this was an academic publication so it may be dry (haven't read it yet) but for completists, it's available here:

        I had no idea this books was available as a pdf. I have only managed to find one or two of the articles on line before. Many thanks Jan for posting this

          Guess I rather assumed that people here would be more likely to have a copy. But at least you get to read it without paying the
