Only Six Shopping Days 'Til JMS's 59th Birthday

There is only six days to prepare for Joe's 59th birthday celebration.

The feast will include the traditional baby back barbeque ribs and nut-free banana ice cream. The Narn Bat Squad will provide entertainment.

Considering that JMS' birthday falls on Preview Night of San Diego Comic-Con this year, I'm sure he'll be celebrating with many thousands of his closest friends. That's one heck of a party!

I really think he looks younger now than he did back when he was making B5. It really did almost kill him - no hyperbole.

He's less than a year older than me.

1954 was a very good year. At least two of the people posting to REC.ARTS.SF.TV.BABYLON5.MODERATED were born in that year.

17 July 1955 was a great day. JMS turned 1 years old and Disneyland opened.

Based upon Joe's posts on RASTB5mod, I doubt that he speaks Belarusian (white Russian). Neither do I speak Belarusian, although I did take one semester of Russian in college. The professor who was born in Moscow told me I had a Chinese accent. I had to rely on Google translate.
