Hello, I am a new Babylon 5 fan. New meaning that I watched the series in the last few weeks and watched some of my favorite scenes numerous times. My favorite characters are G'Kar and Londo. While, I love Londo, he is, as someone described him once, a tragic character. He had so much potential until he was presented with a choice that he felt he had no choice in. *sniffs*

I liked Garibaldi but just didn't like him all that much in the last two seasons. I also loved Susan and was sad that she wasn't with the show in the last season. I also wished they kept Marcus. I'm looking forward to posting in the "What changes you would make to Babylon 5" Cause I have an idea....just please don't throw tomatoes at me!

I'm also a Star Trek Fan. And um, I wonder if I'll be thrown out for saying that my favorite Star Trek series is Deep Space Nine? *hides*

Welcome New Members

In an effort to keep out spammers but still welcome new members, DougO has set it up so that new members have to introduce themselves in this forum and then be 'promoted' to Confirmed status in order to be able to post to the rest of the forums. It's been open for several days now and it's working like a charm.

It's also finally occurred to me that I should copy the introduction posts down here so y'all will automatically get to know them. Sadly, I missed a couple but will start doing it now, as soon as DougO lets them know that they're confirmed.

I'm Sandra. I didn't watch B5 when it was on TV. I don't remember it being available in my area.
But when I heard about this show that told a 5 yr story about people in a space station, I fell in love with the idea.
It took a while until I could buy the DVDs, but it's one of the best entertainment purchases I've ever made.
I binged on the whole 5 yrs. And now watch the shows repeatedly.
Happy to be here.
Hope we can get it back on TV.

I discovered Babylon 5 two years ago in a electronics store, the boxes looked interested so I bought them a few weeks later on Amazon and now I rewatch the entire series (I'm at S1E9 now).
