Only a little more than 1 day left on my auctions for Elana the Jumpgate pin lady. This is some good stuff, folks. One of the super-rare mini-comics from the Lost Tales autographed by JMS and five of the Rawcliffe pewter figurines. Check out:

Just for the record, the pins really are beautiful work. I bought a couple for my wife last year.

I bought several pins from her last year when her insurance was still not sorted out, and I've sent her another donation, plus bid on all the pewter figurines...been after those for a while

I'm running some auctions to benefit Elana K. So far there's a B5 mini-comic and 5 of the lovely Rawcliffe pewter figures. Check them out at seller ' neversurrenderdreams '.

The lady who makes the amazing Jumpgate pins really could use our help. Here's a link to her website. From there you can get to her website.

I've got some of her pins and she once made me a very special Jumpgate ring (the One Ring). The newest items are the Shadow Pin and the Green/Purple Pin which actually change color. I've got both and they're a lot of fun (and very high quality!).

    Elana

I was surprised to hear about this when someone sent me the information in email and did not see any of the activity around the holidays. I saw Elana at WesterCon in Las Vegas in 2008 when she was recovering from her first instance of cancer and seemed to be doing well. The author Guest of Honor at that convention, Kage Baker, passed away last weekend from cancer that took her down pretty quickly.

Jump Gate pin maker needs our help

I'm sorry that I didn't know about this sooner. Elana, who created the lovely Jump Gate pins, sent a note of gratitude to fans who recently helped her out.

The pins are really lovely. You can find out more here.
