I imagine that practice has a lot to do with it. He's been writing 10 hours a day, 7 days a week for decades now.

JMS Writes for long periods - how?
I read in a magazine recently that JMS' rewrite for Ninja Assassin was done in 58 hours with barely a break to sleep and drink coffee.
How does he do it? If I write for more than a few hours at a time my back is killing me! Does JMS have a really nice chair? Does he stop for breaks? Does he have a really cool ergonomic computer set up?Tags: None
