JMS Writes for long periods - how?

Well it would appear that he doesn't get up when he's writing:

I use the net as a break from writing. When I hit a point where I need to think about the next scene, rather than leave the desk and go watch TV, which will kill an hour or more, I go online, which keeps me at the keyboard. I noodle a bit, during which my brain works out the story problem, and zing, I'm back into the writing again.

I may be one of the few who uses writing as a break from writing....

How does he do it? If I write for more than a few hours at a time my back is killing me! Does JMS have a really nice chair? Does he stop for breaks? Does he have a really cool ergonomic computer set up?

I imagine that practice has a lot to do with it. He's been writing 10 hours a day, 7 days a week for decades now.

I read in a magazine recently that JMS' rewrite for Ninja Assassin was done in 58 hours with barely a break to sleep and drink coffee.

How does he do it? If I write for more than a few hours at a time my back is killing me! Does JMS have a really nice chair? Does he stop for breaks? Does he have a really cool ergonomic computer set up?
