Does anyone know what Track B5 is falling under?

Yeah, well, the rent is cheap, the pay is decent and I get to make my own hours.

I can't go anymore. I had to choose between getting my car fixed or going to D*C.

Ordinarily it *should* fall under American SF Classics and the B5 guests showed on their website. When suddenly they didn't show anymore, I emailed the track and got a reply that because they had so many guests, B5 would fall under Main Programming this year. Unfortunately there's no contact info for MP on the DragonCon website in order to inquire about panels.

Sorry to hear that Mitch. You'll be missed.

I'll bet you'd find a way if Maggie Egan was going.

If she was going, you'd come pick me up and we'd carpool!

I ran across this today on the Dragon Con Page. I haven't decided how much money to drop on this yet.

Advanced purchase for photo sessions http://www.froggysphotos.com/dragonpresales.html

Scroll down and you'll see individual and group B5 stars.

There have been *major* complaints about Froggys over the past several days. Besides the same ones from the previous two years (they delay getting pix printed, mailing them out after the con, cheaply-made, etc) is about Leonard Nimoy. He was $60, and a few days ago, they jacked it up to $80. Anyone who bought it for 60 now either has to pay an additional 20 bucks or they won't get their pictures taken. Any refunds won't be issued until the Tuesday after the con.

With that precedent set, they can decide at their whim to raise prices on already-paid-for photo sessions, and not honor their contracts.

Rumor is, they will not be allowed back next year.

Dragon Con schedule is up http://publications.dragoncon.org/index.htm#Pocket

I see one B5 session on Saturday at 1:00pm and another Sunday at 10am Sunday. I heard there was a third so I'll keep looking.

The Friday session is at 10:00 AM.

That's probably gonna be way too early for some.

Dunno. I just discovered that somehow I've neglected to buy the membership ahead of time. Any idea when Line Hell at the Sheraton will open?

(Actually, I was thinking of one of the actors who seems hung over semi-regularly)

Jan, I think you have to go through Ticketmaster:

Yeah, I saw that but they also have a price for buying at the door. I despise Ticketmaster on principle. I don't mind (too much) a $9.75 service charge but then they have two more mandatory non-tax fees that bring a $90 ticket to over $106 *minimum*.

Anyway, the last time I was there the line for buying at the door was far shorter than any of the pre-purchased ones.

True, I ended up buying tickets for the kids so I could utilize day care for a session or two, and the on site line was very short. Of course that was day2, and with Shatner being a late addition this year, I would expect more last minute attendees.
