Not that I was able to see. There were some live links on the BBC sites but not available to the US.

The BAFTA Awards are going to be televised on BBC America tonight at 8:00 PM
Eastern time, 5:00 PM Western time. As most of you know, JMS's "Changeling" has
been nominated for 8 awards.
