  • Bargain!!!

    Howdy all,
Well I lashed out and bought an autographed poster
from inferisonline.com,I had wanted to buy it for awhile
but $$$$ were tight, then I inherited some $$$$
so I thought I'd finally buy it.Well as luck would have it,
I went to buy it for $US279 and to my surprise EVERYTHING in their store is 50% off('til the 12th) So I bought it and saved half.
The main reson for this purchase was the poster is signed by Mira,Bruce,Bill,Jerry,Rick & ANDREAS and others.
I've got most of their autographs anyway but I never
got A.Ks. So this will be framed and hung (with pride)
in my Bar (Molari's-"it's your Duty to enjoy...").
They also have other Sci-fi stuff too.
Might be worth having a look BUT do it quickly.
    This is NOT an advert,
I'm just passing on some info
on something that maybe of interest to my freinds
    here ( who doesn't love a bargain???).
I'll update when I get it.
    CHEERS
    GAV
    Abso-fragging-lutely-dammit.

Congratulations on your find! I was slightly tempted by the poster with both JMS and Harlan's autographs but I need to save for my New York trip. Thanks for the tip, though.

          No hope, I'm already booked!

My bargain for today was the pewter B5 model for $55.00 I had one, but lost it in the move last year. I'll bet it went to good will with my other b5 books.

Yeah, well, the rent is cheap, the pay is decent and I get to make my own hours.

            Not hope. Must.

              Congratulations, Glindros!

Guys, you've got to understand that all of these trips are *before* I'll be eligible for vacation on this job. Dragon-Con is a long one AND it's at the beginning of the month, a busy time for accounting. I'll try, you know that.

Back to bargains...I picked up a few packs of the Australian playing cards really cheap over the weekend. I don't think all of the available items sold in case you want to look out for them.

We're just busting you Jan. You'll be missed of course. My biggest thought if you're not attending is who will keep Omaha out of trouble?

New bargain of the day: B5 cloissenne pin $19.55 including shipping whoo hoo!

Is this really the place to go into that Nathan Fillian incident?

He still gets drunk and calls me when his wife's out of town. Ah, memories.

Here's an opportunity that doesn't come along every day: A chance to own Claudia Christian's own scripts It's not a super bargain, they're running $75 each plus $7 each shipping/fees but it is fair market value and there's a freebie included with each order. Oh, and Claudia autographed the ones I already got at no extra charge. That's a really nice touch.

I've got two already and stretched my budget to get a few more. NOW I'm letting y'all in on it. Don't worry, there are still some great ones left.

                          Jan

BTW: It doesn't look like the store updated to show the ones I ordered as sold. I've let Holly (Claudia's assistant know.

ETA: Holly says that she has to let the webperson know to add the 'Sold' icon so you might want to have alternates ready just in case.
