Good news! I got notified overnight that my copies have shipped. No tracking but as long as I know they're on the way. Yay!

Weird Question: I pre-ordered the book on October 24th, but looking back received no "confirmation" from their site. No invoice, order, or reference number. Only message I ever received was from Paypal saying that a transaction had been processed. Did anyone who purchased the book receive any sort of confirmation message prior to shipment in December?

In never got anything other than the Paypal receipt. Last night I got the shipping notice via PayPal also.

I also got the good news notice that my book have shipped today (12/27) It will be interesting to see when it arrives here in Sweden and what shenanigans our post office and customs will be up to.

Mine (well, my first-the second will be a gift) arrived today. It's a whopping 590 pages. It'll take me some time to read since I'll only be able to read it while sitting at a table. But I can tell already I'm going to love it!

What was the "free gift // bonus for ordering early"?

Still unknown. I did email them and they responded that "yes, the gift will be delivered digitally very soon.", So I wonder if it might be one or more of the songs that Mira performed on her albums? Guess we'll find out.

It was a B&W picture of Mira labeled "mira2---photo.jpg".

So far as the book itself goes -- picked up mine on the 5th!!! Looks like it took ten days from the date of the Paypal Shipping email.




Now have TWO (oh no!) great books to read.
