No banishment, Susitcha. Thing is, though, that Aquaman is a DC character and Marvel might object if JMS started writing one of those characters. JMS is 'Marvel exclusive', at least for the comics he writes.

Is Aquaman going to film in Vancouver? Does Smallville?

I will have a look and see what info they had, I did not really consider it a possibility, but it did ring bells with the network spin off stuff I had read... I just thought I would throw it into the mix, as the lack of solid info is somewhat frustrating.

Edit to add no go, it is filming from march in Miami.

Ah well back to waiting, at least I gave you a laugh.

Any one have any new guess as to what show it might be....?

Further edit to answer Jan's question, Yes Smallville is filmed in Vancouver.

The euphonic "sci-fi", popularized by Forrest J Ackerman in 1954, but coined earlier by Robert A. Heinlein, has grown popularity and is today by far the commonest term used in the popular press, although many hardcore fans and authors continue to wince at its usage or even consider it offensive. Brian Aldiss, defending the abbreviation "SF", notes that it is flexible enough to stand for science fantasy or speculative fiction, as well as science fiction. Some detractors of the term "sci-fi" have corrupted its pronunciation to "skiffy", which itself has become a sub-genre term for poorly made science fiction. Harlan Ellison has derided the term "sci-fi" as a "hideous neologism" that "sounds like crickets fucking" a comment to which Ackerman responded by producing buttons bearing the slogan, "I love the sound of crickets making love."
        It's all about the semantics.
Recently, there was a reckoning. It occurred on November 4, 2014 across the United States. Voters, recognizing the failures of the current leadership and fearing their unchecked abuses of power, elected another party as the new majority. This is a first step toward preventing more damage and undoing some of the damage already done. Hopefully, this is as much as will be required.

I am legitimately interested in the Harlan Ellison episode, as he's one of my favorite writers ever.

Don't get me wrong, politically he's like the antithesis of almost everything I believe in, but he's an incredible writer. And a surly curmudgeon, which I actually find endearing.

You're a commie and you know it, counselor!

Seriously...guys such as Heinlein are like members of the Libertarian or Constitution Parties to me. One minute, I can be jumping up and down and agreeing with them, and the next I can be shaking my head at their views on certain topics.

And whoa, for some bizarre reason they're doing a wide shot of Rebecca Gomez right now. They need to do that more often.

Yeah, Heinlein was more of a Libertarian, I feel. You can't really pigeonhole him specifically as a Republican or Democrat. He's one of my favorite sci-fi authors as well.

Gomez is pretty hot......she's improved herself in the last year or so. Not that she was unattractive, but she's stepped it up in recent months. Maybe it's the hair. I love it when women grow their hair out thick like that.

Maybe FNC will start making their women improve themselves WWE style. Know what I mean?

Ironically, I'm watching Fox News now, and I don't know if it's because Fox just focuses on the upper torso of their anchors or what, but they did a more full body shot of news anchor Patti Ann Brown, and shit does she have a nice rack on her.

Maybe they're changing their modus operandi to include more body shots.

                          I approve.

                          BTW, Bradshaw was just on.

Aquaman *isn't* going to be the new JMS series? I was kinda hoping it was.

He must be a tough bastard. I didn't get to see his hands to determine whether it was all bandaged up.

BTW, did you watch that match? That injury was totally unintentional. It's unfortunate, though, because I think it'll keep Bradshaw off Mania.
