JMS finally announced the new Earth One project that he's been hinting about for a while now - Flash: Earth One. He'll be doing for Barry Allen and Flash what he did for Clark and Superman.

Probably looking at a lat 2016 release.

From the look of the reply I've just had from him on his FB page, it seems as though he won't be writing it, even if it does go ahead.

"Fans of J. Michael Straczynski: Never got the contract on Flash E1, and I suspect that DC has put that universe on a back burner to deal with Rebirth."

Yeah, I'd thought that one was contracted long ago.
