Charity auction: A page from Book of Lost Souls donated by Colleen Doran

I am here to alert anyone who might be interested to an ebay auction which is currently held for a good cause. The auction, and the entire project, will benefit two charities in New Zealand, The Starship Foundation and the NZ AIDS Foundation. Why should this interest you? Because we are auctioning off an original page from the comic The Book of Lost Souls by Colleen Doran and JM Straczynski. Colleen graciously donated one of the original pages to auction off for our project. She will also sign the page next month at RingCon in Germany, and I will then take it with me and put it in the mail straight away, to the lucky person who wins the auction.

Just wanted to let you know that if you are bidding on this page and you live in the USA or Canada, or wherever for that matter, the shipping is free, and you do not have to wait for the show next month to get it. I can sign it and send it from here and you will get your shipping paid. I am donating the cost.

Alos, the page features the character desgin based on actor Craig Parker who played Haldir in The Lord of the Rings films. Craig is a comics fan and always wanted to be a villain.

Anyway, the start bid is a measly 15 Euros. The money goes to a good cause.

Thanks for promoting this! The page sold for about $60 US, so that was a fair price, almost exactly what I was asking in the first place! So thanks for bidding for this good cause!
