I know these are not JMS' penned titles, but please try reading these.
Worked 2 days/week at LCS for almost a year, to supplement income. Everybody who bought/read these LOVED them.
The greatest thing to see was non-traditional comic readers coming in just to pick up these titles. They didn't read anything else but these titles. Many non-comic readers would comment that they were surprised at the literary level of Fables. "These are comics?" they would say.
Try them. If you don't like them, well, then you can give a virtual slap.
