I came across the b5 bloopeers.. ┐did anyone see 'em? what a riot.. at first it was odd to me the fact that they were acting and that the show was not for real.. the best blooper bruce box saying through the babcom "Medlab, here Sinclair"
Which bloopers would these be? If it's the easter egg hidden on some of the DVDs then fine. There were some blooper reels robbed from JMS at a convention (jan my dear, can you fill in details) and I wouldn't pay anythign for them. Otherwise, I liked it when Ivanova is in the star furk cockpit and seh grabs something - and it breaks!

"There are no good wars. War is always the worst possible way to resolve differences. It degenerates and corrupts both sides to ever more sordid levels of existence, in their need to gain an advantage over the enemy. Those actively involved in combat are almost always damaged goods for the rest of their lives. If their bodies don't bear scars, their minds do, ofttimes both. Many have said it before, but it can't be said to enough, war is hell. "
Londo has a scene after being beaten up by Gkar. The crew are trying to put more smoke into the scene and it gets to be too much and Peter (Londo) sits up and says "Are you smoking more and enjoying it less" That one just cracks me up.

You've pretty well covered it, Phaze. If I recall correctly, a tape was said to have been copied from one that JMS took to a convention that had bloopers and two music videos on it...possibly in Chicago. They've been copied and copied and copied until they're pretty unwatchable, IMO. Unfortunately you see them on Ebay and at conventions all the time.
I did think it was cool that some of the bloopers were put on the DVD sets. Made a nice gift for the people who'd refrained from buying the bootlegs. I *really* wish that there were some way to get the music videos, though. There are (I think) 8 altogether, maybe 9 if you count the Rick Biggs memorial video. Unfortunately most don't use B5 music so there's no way they'll ever be published.
.. no.. they are some bloopers from tv specials or something.. no idea about music videos.. well.. I like it too everytime they try to scare claudia christian with a snake or something on a fishing cane.. but my though was that when i am watching the series sometimes i forget it is a tv show.. then watching the bloopers.. i was like.. mm.. oh no! it is all fake!! there is no babylon 5 is just some comp graphics.. !! it was just a though..
I understand that feeling completely, TR_3. Your mind sees the characters and settles into that universe nicely and suddenly has to lurch back out when it realizes that it's a spoof.
Something similar is some 'Director's Cut' tapes of a few episodes that I have (have I mentioned how much I love Ebay? <g>). These are *just* the acting, seldom any music or effects. There are sounds you don't usually hear, footsteps for instance, and sounds you expect to hear, such as computer-sounding voices that you don't. It's a really fascinating way to watch and gives you a huge appreciation for the level of detail that went into every aspect of the show.
Not sure if this has been up before, but someone posted this link to a google video of B5 blooper <edit> on the babylon podcast forums </edit>. I've not looked at it yet because my work net nanny software won't let me
Ye might want to take a look before WB (or is it CW now) yanks it.
<edit> OK I've watched about half it, seems to be two 7-minute gag reels form Season 2, I think one of them was on the DVD btu not both, can someone help please?

That was sooooo funny. Some of the bloopers are on the DVD's but some hadn't made it. I just realized something. I don't remember sering anything from Andras (Gkar) or am I wrong? I think it would be great if we could have the whole collection of bloopers on one DVD.

Among the ones that spring to mind -
"The Book of G'Kar. 12 beautiful Narns in 12 months" with Londo and G'Kar pitching the calendar.
Garibaldi and G'Kar from season 1, in G'Kar's quarters, with Garibaldi holding the pink panties, saying it's not time for him to leave yet, he's feeling rather stimulated.
"Jan Schroeder is insane" - J. Michael Straczynski, March 2008
well the poster of this also has gag rells from seasons one and 4, I'll investyigate further (and look at poster's web-site). I have the technology (and am sufficiently geeky) to create a DVD of said gag-reels. <attn lawyers> of course I'd never actually do such a thing, it would violate copyright </attn lawyers>

And if anybody's interested in those DVDs that Phaze would never think of making, I'm sure they're smart enough to take it to PM or email, aren't they? I remind everybody again that those reels were stolen.
