Favorite ships from each race

Post here your favorite ships from each race, no hybrids like Whitestar Class, Victory or Omega X.

Earth Alliance: Warlock Heavy cruiser, very nice ship.
Minbari Federation: Sharlin Class Heavy Cruiser
Centauri Republic: Primus Class Heavy Cruiser
Narn Regime: G'Quan Class Heavy Cruiser
Vorlon Empire: Heavy Cruiser

I like the way the G'Quan Starcruisers have the red, black and white pattern on them. It makes them stand out more than many of the other ships. A lot of the others have sort of a background mottled pattern to them, but the Narn starcruiser colours give them a unique look. They also remind me of older cars from the fifties or sixties with the huge front end and the passenger area waaay back.

I also like the Centauri war cruisers - the ones with the crescent shaped wings at the back. The way they zip around and dive reminds me of a hawk or eagle or something, swooping down for the kill.

The earth explorer class ships also are kind of cool. They aren't sleek or colourful or anything, but they are soooo long. I think I like them not for what they look like, but for what they represent. Exploring the unknown and charting new territory, to boldly go where no man has gone before (wrong show, but what the hey. ). Also 'cause apparently they aren't seen too often since they are usually out by the rim. Like seeing that one comet that came around in about 1995 / 97 ish (sorry I can't remember the name just now, something Japanese I think). When you see something like that you remember it, well, except for the name, anyway .

(sorry, slightly off topic, but I vividly remember going out and away from city lights to see that comet. It was in the middle of winter and so freaking cold out but it was so very awsome. It definitely isn't something you see everyday and I'll never forget it.)

Comet Hyakutake in 1996. I didn't get a real good look at that one, but Hale-Bopp a couple years later rocked.

And the Narn heavy cruiser is the best looking ship on B5.

I agree with most on the list, with one exception. I really don't like the Warlock, the Omega looks much more like I envision humanities future. I also liked the Hyperion ship, reminded me of a Submarine 8-)

Without going to season 4 where the new Earthforce worlock class heavy cruisers came out against John and Delen...I cant remember if they still had the rotating sections or not...after all the shadows were giving Clark weapons and superior technonlgy...

It seems to me that they shouldave had artifical gravity incorperated in them..

BTW, I don't think those were Warlocks, just the old Omega class refitted with Shadow technology. (So they did have the rotating sections, though who knows if they were needed anymore.)

IIRC the Warlock Cruisers never appeared in B5. One did make an appearance in the Crusade episode with Dr. Franklin.
