DVD problems

In addition to the earlier thread on problems with Season 5, has anyone got a definitive list of ALL the problems that have occured with the DVD releases? I'm interested in Region 2 problems, but please feel free to post other region problems as well.

Sorry, Smudger, a list of all the issues with each season release just isn't something I've seen.

I'm having all kinds of major read-problems on the first two seasons but that is probably due to the extreme CRAP-packaging they used. Since they started using a box per dvd things have become much better.
Sometimes the dvd doesn't play on my pc although it does play on my dvd-player downstairs.

I have also noticed that some of the DVD's (earlier seasons first) began acting wonky on my PC, although still play on the DVD player and PS2 (so far).

At first I thought it was a problem with my PC. I'll try taking a cleaner to the DVD's.

Problem: Region 2
Measures to Take: Sell R2 Boxset.
Solution: Buy R1 Boxset.

Seriously, I really hate R2 when it comes to Babylon 5. Farscape on the other hand, I love then love R2...

Why is that?
I searched every now and then at least fo a year but never found comments about the picture quality of NTSC + PAL B5-sets in comparison.

Has somebody both NTSC + PAL or had first one of those and replaced them with the other release?
If the picture quality of the NTSC-Discs is superior I will replace my collection.
