Suppose "The Hand" were to the Vorlons as the Drakh were to the Shadows?
We have always known that the Shadows were bad guys who left bad stuff in the B5 universe to mess things up, but we also know that the Vorlons were just as bad as the Shadows - and so we can assume that they had followers just as fanatical and just as powerful.
We never saw them in the B5 universe, per se, as we saw the Drakh. However, the JMS law of symmetry says that the Vorlon equivelent of the Drakh must exist.
I propose The Hand is that unknown race which exists because logic says it must. I have no reason other than the facts that the race should logically exist, and the only race we cannot currently account for in the B5 system is The Hand, to back this up.
Thanks to "tomfoster_2003-1" on the IMDB boards for bringing up this possibility.
