I was watching the episode severd dreams in season three. Londo has that physic lady and asks about his future. He had three times to redeem hisself. He had already past two and failed. Were the two chance when he used the the shadows to attack the two narm bases. At the end of season 1, then in season 2 with the emperor.

I imagine Londo's first chance was back when he answered Morden's question. He dismisses him at first and almost walks away, but then changes his mind.

Without wanting to be picky ... that was actually Point of No Return, the episode immediately before Severed Dreams.

Like Shr said, the first "choice" was probably when he answered Morden's question. After that, it wasn't likely he could have stopped Morden from the attack in Quad 37. Morden did it more as a demonstration anyway, to show Londo what was possible, and to set Londo on the path to fame. It very well could have been done without Londo's consent.

The second I also like to think was when Emperor Turahn died, and he called in Morden again. That was another tipping point.
