Were ITB and 'The Gathering' remastered?

Hi. I am on the brink of ordering the Region 1 DVD box set of the B5 movies and want to know if Warner re-mastered The Gathering and In The Beginning from the originally released versions. Both movies got panned for dire picture quality when released, so i am hoping that they have created new transfers...
